The good: These mats help absorb the shock of jumping on a cement foundation and will protect your floors from damage when plopping down weights or setting a weight bench on top of them. The bad: they tend to separate on a lot of floor exercises so you have to constantly pause to reassemble the pieces. They're also not good laying them over anything but bare floors. I don't leave them down because I have pets so I don't care about the inadequate edging other people have mentioned but that would be an issue down the road if I decide to designate a room in my house as a workout room.

Seem to be staying together well and look good. I've only been using for about two weeks though.

I'm finding these mats to be high quality, and perfect for exercising. I bought 3 packages (and may get a 4th) to create a nice big area in my garage, big enough for two people. They provide plenty of padding for the concrete floor.
If you're concerned with aesthetics, you may want to look elsewhere. As other reviewers have noted, the packages do not contain perfectly matched tiles. Not only in color, but I found discrepancy in the embossed pattern as well... mostly the same, but there's an odd one or two with the diamond plate pattern a little askew, or the embossing a little bit less-than-perfect. However, those tiles are still 100% functional.
